Modern communications

Amazing how the modern world consumes me. Today I felt incredibly ill-equipped accessing the net over Bluetooth & GPRS. I want 3G damnit. #

My VPN provider’s website is blocked by Big Corp PLC’s SurfControl settings. Tsk. I’ve read everything on the internet and now I’m bored. #

Turned up at Big Corp PLC, to discover I had no desk

Turned up at Big Corp PLC, to discover the desk I’d been allocated had no PC. Now I have a PC, but the network guy is at lunch. Sigh. #

I notice a small improvement every time I run

I notice a small improvement every time I get out and run. Not very impressed with myself, though, for leaving three days of no running. #

I’m sure Apple Front Row used to allow you to resume from where you left off; not happening after the Leopard update, it seems. #

Progress

Quietly pleased with todays run: went without stopping until halfway around my circuit with something approaching a lack of indignity. #

Back from a run

Back from a run, didn’t push myself terribly hard but I did get out. Looking at the Nike+/iPod nano combo… mmmm gadgets, they’ll help. #
